City of Lakes Reiki offers Reiki healing sessions, training classes or workshops and reiki shares in a comfortable, relaxing environment that assists in achieving balance, energy and transformation. We offer our services in our St. Louis Park, Minnesota location, easily accessible to Minneapolis and the suburbs of Hennepin County including Edina, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Wayzata, and Golden Valley.

City of Lakes Reiki is the practice of Barbara Gleekel, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher. She realized how much the world needed Reiki when she began her Reiki studies in 2001. Now, she is on a wonderful journey as her practice helps heal the world one person at a time.
She did her training at the Reiki Center of Greater Washington with Certified Reiki Master/Teacher David Gleekel. Her training began with Usui Reiki I in June 2001 and continued with Usui Reiki II in March 2003 and Usui Reiki III Master/Teacher training in December 2006. She continued her studies in a Crystal Meridian Reiki I class with Reiki Master Eric Lindemer of the Skye Institute in March 2008.

Reiki sessions at City of Lakes Reiki may be helpful for individuals suffering from a variety of conditions, including: stress, fatigue, trauma, chronic pain and many other illnesses. We see clients regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Reiki is not a substitute for traditional medical or psychological care, rather it is a complement to it, assisting your mind and body to heal, in the original way that term was used: "to become whole." We do not diagnose conditions or recommend changes to another practitioner's treatment plan with you.
